Rose & Root Tree Surgery and Green Space Maintenance was built from a genuine passion for working outdoors and taking pride in a job well done. Russ, our tree surgeon, originally worked in the automotive industry as a mechanic. While he enjoyed the hands-on nature of the work, his real passion has always been in the outdoors. This led him to retrain as a tree surgeon, turning that passion into a career focused on caring for trees and green spaces.
We are proud to be a local, family-run business serving Carlisle and Cumbria. Our commitment is simple - to provide a reliable, professional service, carry out all work safely, and to the highest possible standards.

At Rose & Root, you`ll deal directly with Russ from start to finish - from your inital enquiry and quotation through to completing the work. This means clear communication, reliability, and a personal service you can trust.
Russ takes pride in delivering a high standard of work on every job, working safely, efficiently, and always leaving your property clean and tidy.
